Phillips House 18kt yellow gold sapphire and diamond toi et moi necklace. This necklace features one (1) pear shaped diamond (1=0.30 ct) and one (1) pear shaped blue sapphire (1=0.44 ctw) prong set in platinum and affixed to a paperclip chain. The necklace measures 1.8mm wide and is adjustable from 16-18" and finished with a lobster claw clasp.
