If an item is on our website, it is in stock in one of our stores*. However, we also make these products available in our 121 Libbie Avenue store and there is a small chance that an item could sell in our store and isn't removed from the website immediately. If you would like to schedule a viewing, we will hold any piece of jewelry or watch until your arrival. You can do that by clicking the "Contact Us" link on any item page or by scheduling an appointment here.

Yes, we are happy to appraise your family heirloom, estate collection or new purchase at all of our Virginia locations. We provide a new sale document at no additional charge when you purchase an item new from Carreras Jewelers (which is the same as an appraisal). If the piece was purchased from another retailer, there is an additional charge. You can learn more about our appraisal services here.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping at no additional charge on any of our items.
