Estate vintage Roberto Coin 18kt yellow gold textured heart pendant necklace. This dimensional heart pendant measures approximately 29 x 22mm and features a polished, horizontally ribbed finish. The pendant is suspended from an enhancer bail accented with Roberto Coin's signature flush set ruby and is stamped with Italian hallmarks. The pendant is shown on a 16 inch black braided leather cord measuring approximately 4mm wide, finished with a lobster claw clasp.
