Estate 14kt yellow gold laps and diamond heart necklace. This necklace features a carved heart shaped lapis capped with a solid bail accented by three (3) single cut diamonds (3=0.03 ctw) pave set. The pendant measures 21 x 16mm and is suspended on an 18" 0.50mm box chain with a lobster claw clasp.
