14kt yellow gold ruby and pave diamond ring. This slight dome-style ring features a single 0.76-carat pear-shaped ruby, prong-set sidways, with fifty pave-set round diamonds along the shank (50 = 0.69ctw). The ring measures approximately 6.5mm at the top, tapering down to 3.5mm at the base.
