Gumuchian 18kt yellow gold and diamond "B" collection medallion pendant. This pendant features a polished disc center in an open scalloped frame with four (4) bezel-set round diamonds weighing 0.19 carat total (H-I color, VS-SI clarity). It measures approximately 27mm in diameter and is finished with a hinged bail. It is suspended on a 24" cable link chain with a lobster claw clasp.
