Sloane Street 18kt yellow gold turquoise, blue topaz and diamond ring. This ring features a single rectangular turquoise weighing 2.42 carats, set in four prongs and surrounded by a halo of sixteen (16) beaded-bezel-set Swiss blue topaz (0.83 carats total). The halo top sits slightly raised on a 2.2mm shank with six diamonds set on each shoulder (12 = 0.232ctw, G color, SI clarity), and strie detailing. Ring Size: 7 DWT: 4.6
